Caffeine is the number one reason people drink coffee, but few of us know how much caffeine is included in our coffee or how to get the most of it.

1) Drink an espresso. Espresso has approx 500% more caffeine per ounce vs a standard coffee.
2) Stick to light beans, the darker they are, the more caffeine will burn out.
3) A longer brew time results in a more caffeinated beverage
4) Finely ground coffee will give the most caffeine
5) Country/Region matters. For example, Tanzanian coffee has .29 more caffeine than Ethiopian coffee.
