Friday Riddle - Plane Crash

One morning an executive is about to leave on a business trip and realizes he forgot his Chosen Bean Coffee at the office and returns to his office. While there, the night watchman stops him and says " sir, please don't go on the plane, I had a dream last night that it would crash and everyone would die". The executive thanks him and cancelled his trip.

The following day, all the newspapers are blaring the incredible news, that this plane crashed.

The next morning, the executive calls the watchman into his office, gives him $5,000 for saving his life and the fires him.

Why did he fire him after he saved his life?
