Mr. Aulia’s wet-hulled coffee is a standout with its deep, rustic sweetness and layered complexity. The aroma opens with rich molasses, hints of bittersweet chocolate, and warming spice, giving way to earthy-sweet notes. At a City+ roast, expect herbal undertones paired with brown rice syrup and coconut palm sugar sweetness, with stewed plum and citrus hints as it cools. Full City roasts add dark chocolate richness and an inky, full-bodied texture, finishing with foresty spice and a subtle peppery edge. A beautifully crafted coffee, perfect for those who enjoy a deeply flavorful, bittersweet cup.

Grateful for small batch high quality local coffee roasters
I am so glad I was introduced to The Chosen Bean coffee brand a few weeks ago. I truly love coffee but like everything I drink or eat, I am looking for higher taste and quality over quantity or discounted prices. I really savor their single origin coffee from Sumatra or Kenya with my French press. The staff is dedicated and personal. I like the idea of supporting a family and local company in South Florida. I can't go back to Starbucks after this !

This is my coffee group hands down favorite. The coffee is smooth with bold earthy flavor at all temperatures. First taste, very hot or very cold they all are satisfying. We experiment with different coffees and we like the them. We always come back to Sumatra. Medium roaster with very low acid and bold flavor, it is GREAT.
