This Maracaturra cultivar, a cross between Caturra and the large-bean Maragogype, comes from Cafetalera Finca Buenos Aires in Ocotal, Nicaragua, grown at elevations of 1200–1500 meters.
Wet-processed for clarity and brightness, this coffee delivers clean, vibrant flavors with higher acidity. Maracaturra's large bean size requires careful roasting for consistent development, benefiting from a slightly extended roast phase before first crack.
