Marachi is a regional blend from various smallholder farmers in Chiapas and is milled at Finca Monte Azul. Chiapas is the Southernmost coffee-growing region in Mexico. It boasts an ideal climate and altitude to create perfect conditions for mild, sweet coffee.
Chiapas is located in the southeast of Mexico, bordering the states of Tabasco, Veracruz, and Oaxaca, with the Pacific Ocean to the south and Guatemala to the east. It has a territory of 74,415 km2, the eighth largest state in Mexico.
CUPPING NOTES: Medium Acidity, Juicy Body, Papaya, Chocolate, Stone Fruit, and a lingering sweet finish.
